Requirements

  • The group you’ll be a part of The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam.
  • We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.
  • The impact you’ll make At Lam, as a Field Process Engineer you are a customer-focused expert on our equipment, pushing the boundaries to meet customer needs.
  • You play a vital role in supporting the customer in installations, training, and identifying design improvements with product groups.
  • This includes Design of Experiment (DOE), process evaluation and documentation of process outputs relating to hardware installations, medications / upgrades to existing systems.
  • What you’ll do Work closely with Account team and customers to understand customer technology roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues / challenges.
  • Identify areas where Lam is able to value-add.
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, reacting to shifting priorities, and meeting business needs and deadlines.
