Requirements
- We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Onboarding Associate to support the growth of our driver partner network.
- In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding and supporting freelance driver partners through outbound outreach, operational coordination, and frontline support.
- You will work closely with both full-time and part-time team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for drivers, while also supporting day-to-day administrative operations and walk-in driver enquiries when required.
- These duties are typically completed remotely and take approximately 1 hour per assigned shift.
