- To ensure that tagging of the loan account is done promptly.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations to address them.
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities to enhance client value.
- People Management Working cohesively with our internal colleagues to support and leverage on each other for greater collaboration to achieve higher level of effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor's activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Helping newcomers with on-the-job training and attachment.
- Regulatory Compliance Keeping abreast of Regulator's guidelines and changes.
