- A qualified candidate will be self-motivated with strong technical and analytical skills as well as possess practical and hands-on approach to engineering process control.
- Preferably with process engineering experience in semiconductor processes (Wafer/chip bonding, Electroplating, Wet and dry etch, chemical mechanical polishing, photolithography and plasma deposition).
- Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot process and equipment issues systematically.
- Lead technical assessment and startup of new tools.
- Implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) for quality and cost optimization.
- Establish control plans and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP) .
