Senior Engineering Manager (Program Management)

Requirements

• About our group: The Program & Product Management organization at Seagate Singapore (W1) provides cross‑functional leadership across the full product lifecycle—from NPI through mass production, sustaining, and product retirement.
• The team ensures that product introductions, transitions, and ongoing manufacturing align with Seagate’s cost, quality, delivery, and technology objectives.
• About the role - you will: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related fields.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all phases of in‑house or outsourced manufacturing for assigned product(s) or product lines.
• Act as the central interface across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to drive seamless product lifecycle execution—from NPI build readiness through volume stability and end‑of‑life.
• Oversee manufacturing readiness, ensuring product builds meet specifications, reliability, quality targets, and customer requirements.
• Formulate and execute mid‑ and long‑term production plans, including cost‑reduction initiatives, yield improvement strategies, and process optimization roadmaps.
• Lead cross‑functional program reviews, ensure risk identification and mitigation, and align stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.
