Engineer II (Media Process)

Requirements

• About our group: Failure Analysis group plays a pivotal role in analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends, uncovering the root cause for low yield and failure mechanism, and drive continuous yield improvements and defect reductions.
• About the role - you will: Responsible for daily product yield/defects monitoring and investigate root causes of yield variations.
• Perform physical failure analysis to identify source of defects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiative to enhance product yield and quality.
• Support multiple engineering improvement projects.
• Conduct statistical analysis and use data visualization techniques to present findings and recommendation to stakeholders.
• About you: Enjoy working with large datasets and using data to tell a clear technical story.
• Prefer analytical problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration over extensive hands‑on lab work.
